While sneakers with pockets are not that useful (unless you are jogging naked), the craze for Roos was fever pitched in the 80s. Much of the glamour of Roos was their ability to hide small, tiny things from authority figures. Besides the appeal of the ever present 'pouch', the original models have nice clean lines and speak to those who dig the old school and New Balance aesthetics.
